- BELIEVE AND PUT YOUR TRUST IN JESUS
John 3:14-17 AMP Just as Moses lifted up the [bronze] serpent in the desert [on a pole], so must the Son of Man be lifted up [on the cross], 15 so that whoever believes will in Him have eternal life [after physical death, and will actually live forever].16 “For God so [greatly] loved and dearly prized the world, that He [even] gave His [One and] only begotten Son, so that whoever believes and trusts in Him [as Savior] shall not perish, but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send the Son into the world to judge and condemn the world [that is, to initiate the final judgment of the world], but that the world might be saved through Him.
THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH
HEBREWS 12:1-2 NKJV Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

1 CORINTHIANS 1:18 For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
WHAT IS THE MESSAGE OF THE CROSS?
1 Corinthians 1:23-24 Amp but we preach Christ crucified, [a message which is] to Jews a stumbling block [that provokes their opposition], and to Gentiles foolishness [just utter nonsense], 24 but to those who are the called, both Jews and Greeks (Gentiles), Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God.
THE MESSAGE OF THE CROSS
He died on the cross for our sins and on the third He rose again
Through His death on the cross the curse of sin has been broken we have the blessings of Abraham. Galatian 3:14
Through His death on the cross, we have become the righteousness of God, we have been justified. 2 Cor 5:21
Through the work of the cross, we are healed from sickness. We are free from the bondage of Satan.
Through the death and resurrection of Jesus, we have victory because we are more than conquerors through Jesus Christ
The blood of Jesus speaks better things
To us who Believe CHRIST IS THE POWER OF GOD AND WISDOM
Colossians 3:2-3 NKJV Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. 3 For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
Acts 17:28 NKJV for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’
